Fat and Fabulous Bear Cross Stitch Pattern, Fat Bear Week Brooks Falls Katmai Alaska Proud Brown Bear with Salmon PDF

A proud brown bear stands tall with his chin up and one paw planted on a fresh salmon, with brush lettered words reading Fat and Fabulous beneath him. Straight from the spirit of Brooks Falls in Katmai National Park, Alaska, home of Fat Bear Week, where the brown bears of the Brooks River feast on sockeye salmon every summer and fall to pack on the pounds before winter. A confidence boosting gift for Fat Bear Week fans, bear cam watchers, Katmai and Alaska lovers and anyone who carries their weight with pride. Pattern size: 180 x 187 stitches. Finished size: 14 count 12.9 x 13.4 in, 16 count 11.2 x 11.7 in, 18 count 10.0 x 10.4 in. Stitched on white aida with the background left bare, so it stitches up quickly. Light optional backstitch outlines the bear and picks out the face; the lettering is left as crosses. Makes a great cabin, lodge, nursery or gift piece.
