Digital Products Only
All products sold by Stitch Hiker Co. are digital downloads only. No physical product will be shipped.
Our digital products may include cross stitch patterns, crochet patterns, printable PDF files, charts, instructions, color guides, or other downloadable materials.
No Returns on Digital Downloads
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital file has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
All digital product sales are final.
Refunds
Refunds are not available for:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
- Not reading the product description
- Expecting a physical item
- Downloaded digital files
- Lack of materials, tools, floss, yarn, fabric, printer, or software needed to use the pattern
- Personal preference after purchase
Download Issues
If you have trouble downloading or opening your file, please contact us at stitchhikerco@gmail.com. We are happy to help you access your purchase.
If there is a technical issue with the file itself, we may provide a corrected file, replacement download, or other reasonable support.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once, please contact us. We may review duplicate purchase requests on a case-by-case basis.
Pattern Errors
If you believe there is an error in a pattern, please contact us with your order information and a description of the issue. If an error is confirmed, we may provide clarification, a corrected file, or an updated version of the pattern.
