Fish Feast Hibernate Repeat Bear Cross Stitch Pattern, Fat Bear Week Brooks Falls Katmai Alaska Sleepy Brown Bear PDF

A stuffed brown bear dozes against a driftwood log with nothing but a picked clean salmon skeleton beside him, under bold stacked words reading Fish. Feast. Hibernate. Repeat. Straight from the spirit of Brooks Falls in Katmai National Park, Alaska, home of Fat Bear Week, where the brown bears of the Brooks River feast on sockeye salmon every summer and fall to pack on the pounds before winter. A cozy, funny design for Fat Bear Week fans, bear cam watchers, Katmai and Alaska lovers and anyone whose ideal routine is eat, nap, repeat. Pattern size: 180 x 188 stitches. Finished size: 14 count 12.9 x 13.4 in, 16 count 11.2 x 11.8 in, 18 count 10.0 x 10.4 in. Stitched on white aida with the background left bare, so it stitches up quickly. Light optional backstitch outlines the bear and picks out the face; the lettering is left as crosses. Makes a great cabin, lodge, nursery or gift piece.
